    He brings experience at the intersection of biomedical sciences and public health systems, strengthening PISC’s research integrity, quality assurance, and ethics oversight.

    He supports PISC’s scientific direction and applied research agenda, with long-standing experience in population health and clinical research in African settings.

  • Treasurer (Finance & Audit): Dr. Jacques Dollon Mbama Ntabi, PhD — Université Marien Ngouabi (Faculté des Sciences et Techniques), with extensive experience in entomology, conservation, and published work in infectious disease and malaria.

    As Treasurer, he oversees financial controls, budget review, and grant stewardship to ensure funds are used as intended and documented to donor standards.

The Board provides independent oversight of PISC’s strategy, ethics, and finances. The Board approves the annual budget and workplan, reviews quarterly financial reports, and ensures restricted grants and donations are used only for their intended purposes. Board members complete annual conflict-of-interest disclosures, and key approvals and decisions are documented in board minutes. Program performance is reviewed against defined indicators, with corrective actions tracked.

Policies & Ethics

PISC maintains written policies to protect program participants, prevent conflicts of interest, and safeguard donor and grant funds. These policies apply to board members, staff, consultants, volunteers, and partners working under PISC activities. Policies are reviewed at least annually and updated as needed.
